Spirit Mountain Casino

Oregon's largest gaming destination loved the original look and feel created in 2011, but needed a new, responsive layout and improved navigation for their distinct target audiences.

Each unique persona has very specific goals when arriving on the Spirit Mountain website, since the demographic that gaming and entertainment attracts is extremely varied. Based on interviews, I created a set of 6 personas and then planned the user experience around those needs (paying careful attention to levels of importance).

  • Microcopy writing
  • Project management
  • Ongoing website maintenance
